Latest Event Updates
Looking for Volunteers!
We are all super excited to be able to have another tournament this year. As usual, we need all hands on deck. IF you are not planning on playing the day of the tournament, we would love to have you volunteer.
Please head over to the contact us page or message us on Facebook ahead of the event if you are planning on helping so we can have a dedicated place for you. That will allow everything to go more smoothly the day of the event.
- Umpires
- Schedulers
- General Volunteers
Food!
Food is kind of important for a tournament. So I figured I should let everyone know what we’re planning on having! 🙂 Prices to come later.  Don’t forget that with every registration players get a free water.
We are currently looking for several food trucks to attend the event.
We will also have some drinks/snacks.
Donation Requests (Quick Update)
If you or anyone you know works for a company who may be able to donate for the tournament this year, please let me know and I will get you either physical copies of the Donation Request form or I can email it to you. Â Some great ideas of things that we could use are physical products, (i.e. food, beverages, equipment for the games, etc. ) We also need prizes for the winners and runners-up of the tournament and the home run derby (these can also be physical items, gifts cards, or vouchers).
Last, but surely not least, please start recruiting players and invite them to the Facebook Group. (If you are not on the group and need to be, just ask!) This tournament will not happen without teams and players! Once again, the tournament is August 24th, 2024 beginning at 8 am.  The home run derby WILL take place first, though, so that all registration can be completed as the derby starts.  That way the day continues a bit more smoothly.  Please let me know if you have any questions. 🙂
Photos from the Event!
Thank you again to everyone who came to support the Epilepsy Foundation of Western/Central PA.
